Hi, I would like to ask first if would it be possible to add a happy mouth to this Kirlia. Like the one from this image: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1lvI_QWQt6i9UqCqyh5dKUF2C-Sjpoxel Also I would like to ask, is the second image from this page an anime girl version plush of Kirlia? Hello Oriol, yes, we can change the plush design as you request, but we need to confirm the design & fabric (colors) with you first, please submit ticket (with product link and request) to our Support Center and let my teammate helps you directly.  n_n

Both plush design are our commission series(no actual product yet, but provided with cartoon images only), and we will update the actual product photos as soon as possible.  
*If you order it, we will send you the actual product photos before ship it to you, and our tailor will adjust it if you don't satisfy with it, so please don't worry about this.  n_n

Once you make an order, it will take 20-30 working days to customize your plush toy by professional plush tailor. Complicated plush toy need more than 30 days.If you need it in a specific date, please make sure you have enough time for preparing.  

Our plush tailor will start making the plush for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:
We accept payments from Paypal,Worldpay and Stripe.

PayPal accepts pay by Paypal.

Custom & Tax:

PokemonKingdom has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information because custom policies are different from country to country. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase. Then the rest of the money will be refunded to you after we get the package back.
